Our Music Ministry Welcomes New Voices This Fall

As the season turns, our music ministry is preparing something special for the whole parish. This fall our Sunday services will feature an expanded program of choral anthems, hymns, and organ voluntaries drawn from the rich tradition of Anglican sacred music.

An invitation to sing

You do not need to read music or have sung in a choir before. If you love to sing and want to deepen your worship, we would be glad to welcome you. Rehearsals are held on Thursday evenings in the nave.

Serving Our Neighbors at the Community Food Pantry

This month our outreach ministry joined neighbors from across Brevard for a day of service at the community food pantry. Volunteers from St. Philip’s sorted donations, packed boxes, and shared conversation and coffee with those who came through the doors.

Faith in action

Caring for our neighbors is central to who we are called to be. We are grateful to everyone who gave their time, and we look forward to the next opportunity to serve together.

Fellowship and Fun at the Annual Parish Picnic

There is nothing quite like gathering on the lawn on a warm summer evening. Last week the whole parish came together for our annual summer picnic, complete with shared tables, homemade desserts, games for the children, and plenty of laughter.

Community that sustains us

Moments like these remind us that the church is not only a place we go, but a family we belong to. Thank you to everyone who brought a dish, set up a table, or simply showed up to share in the fellowship.
